When you acknowledge, as you must, that there is no such thing as perfect food, when we think of cooking and all of the different cultures and sub-cultures of food around the world and the reason that we all cook that reason is nourishment. It’s that simple. Cooking or cookery is the art, technology, and craft of preparing food. Cooking often means the transformation of the raw food by the use of heat, cooking’s contribution to human pleasure, culture, and survival could hardly be overstated.
Cooking is even more extraordinarily time-consuming and far-reaching. Cooking is so universal that it has even been proposed as the distinguish trait of home sapiens. The ways or types of cooking also depend on the skills and type of training an individual cook. Cooking is done both by people in their own dwelling and by professional cooks and chefs in restaurants and other food establishments. Most ingredients in cooking are derived from living organisms. Vegetables, fruits, grains, and nuts, as well as herbs and spices, come from the plant while meat, eggs, and dairy products come from an animal.

The best thing about cooking is that food is universal love with no language, no matter who you are, you need food to live. Cooking is an exercise that helps people to feel alive, enjoyable thing. Preparing food is always fun all you need is little imagination and time. Great cooking produces lasting memories, food memories can come from something as humble as a beautiful piece of toasted bread or a wonderful cherry.
